"UPDATE: I recently requested a cancellation of my policy I purchased in 2023 after discovering that the information I was given at the time of sale was completely inaccurate. I was told by the agent who sold me the policy that I would receive the $500,000 payout if I lived through the 20‑year term. That statement is false, and it directly influenced my decision to purchase the policy. When Stephanie reached out via phone call for clarification this morning, I expected honesty, accountability, and a willingness to correct the situation. Instead, I received a passive aggressive phone call from who repeatedly said she was “sorry I feel that way” rather than acknowledging that one of her agents misrepresented the policy. At no point did she take responsibility for the misinformation I was given, even though misrepresenting policy benefits is prohibited under state insurance regulations. Consumers come to insurance agents trusting that they have our best interests in mind and that they will explain policies accurately. We rely on their expertise to make long term financial decisions. Instead, I spent years paying into a policy based on information that was not true. The dismissive response I received made it clear that this office is more concerned with commission and protecting themselves than with transparency or client trust. I am sharing my experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions before working with this location. 2023 review: Laura has gone above and beyond resolving any issues I have encountered! She really breaks everything in my policy down for me until I fully understand and have no questions. I definitely plan on staying with State Farm because of Laura’s customer service skills are unmatched."
